Sinopsis  :

   World War Z mengisahkan tentang perspektif global masa depan ras zombie, tepatnya sepuluh tahun setelah mereka menguasai dunia. Seorang karakter yang bekerja di Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa, Gerry Lane (Brad Pitt), adalah salah satu pihak yang terus memerangi epidemik ini, agar tidak terus menyebar ke penjuru dunia.

  Gerry pun harus berburu dengan waktu untuk menghentikan pandemic Zombie yang berhasil menjatuhkan tentara dan seluruh populasi di dunia. Ia harus bergerak cepat sebelum manusia di dunia akan musnah. Lane, dengan bantuan pasukan PBB, kemudian berusaha memerangi para zombie yang menggila tersebut.
